We can only accept returns of Fragrance Oil if you have been sent an incorrect product or the product has arrived damaged. This is due to the nature of the goods and that they can be tampered with. If you are unsure of a fragrance, please try a sample bottle first. If the product has arrived damaged, please take a photo and email us within 48 hours of receiving the order. |
